Obituary of Shirley Lucille Cramer

Shirley Lucille Cramer A Memorial Gathering for Shirley Lucille Cramer of Foley, MO, will be from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Burst Funeral Home in Lombard, IL. Rev. Dan Wegrzyn, of St. John's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens West in Elmhurst, IL. Mrs. Cramer, 80, passed away Saturday afternoon, September 8, 2012 at Troy Manor in Troy, MO. Born May 6, 1932 in Elmhurst, IL, she was the daughter of Percy Caleb and Elsie Sophie Panzer Muzzey. She was united in marriage on November 20, 1954 in Glen Ellyn, IL to Victor Herbert Cramer. She was employed for a number of years as a teller and new accounts representative at Lombard State Bank in Lombard, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Cramer on August 11, 1982. Shirley moved from Gainesville, FL to the Foley area in November, 2004 to be near her brother. She attended the Foley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Elsie Muzzey; five brothers: LaVerne "Bud" Muzzey, Wilbert "Wib" Muzzey, Percy L. "Jr." Muzzey, Kenneth Muzzey and Howard Muzzey; one sister, Bernice Clark; and her beloved husband of 27 years, Victor Cramer. Survivors include her brother, Warren Muzzey and his wife, Judy, of Foley; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
