We wanted all of Gilbert's family to know how special a man Gilbert was. We have known him for years at the Palmyra Sale Barn and Bowling Green Sale and we remember when he worked at the Montgomery City Sale. Gilbert was very special to us. We owned the restaurant at the Palmyra sale and really got to know him. After we sold it Gilbert sent us a Christmas card every year.
We didn't know that he had passed away until after the funeral. We wanted to send our sympathy to his family.
