William Beauchamp Brown. Seeing his name in print makes me realize how fitting his name is. It evokes masculinity, intelligence, loyalty and honor. He had all that. Yet he was more commonly known as the warm and approachable "Bill". The word stranger was not in his vocabulary. He was that bright light in the middle of the room that drew you in.
It was such a blessing to have this remarkable man a part of my life for so many, many years. We shared friendships and families, with all the sorrow and joy that comes with everyday life. His wife is my best friend. Bill has always been that solid force in the background watching over me. The words Bill and small could never be used in the same sentence, whether describing his stature, professional accomplishments, his generosity, nature of caring, or even his love of shopping. Amazon will be filing for bankruptcy soon.
My fondest memory? That's easy. It is that low chuckle of a laugh that came from deep within and was like an earthquake rumbling straight into your heart and soul. I still hear and feel it....just a little fainter now.

Bill helped me learn what it means to truly feel and love. He literally was the answer to prayers I made my whole life. I would not be the man I am today without him. Just as there are thousands who would probably say the same.
We will never forget him.
God bless him and his family.
With love,
-The Kraml Family

To Margaret and the entire Brown Family,
Bill was so much to so many. Calculating his mark on the world and the lives of so many in it is impossible. Having met him in his practice, it didn't take long to learn that he had a heart for people. His gentle kindness and patience enabled him to break through the toughest defenses and impart hope and healing to countless people.
His genuine interest in me and my family drew us into one of the deepest friendships of my life. It seems that we talked more outside the practice than in it. So much so that he was my only choice when selecting a Best Man for my wedding ceremony.
God made and broke the mold with Bill, and he will forever be loved and missed!❤️

Bill was like family. I met Bill, Margaret and Laura when I was working for a Chiropractic office in Lake St Louis about 27 years ago.It was a pleasure to meet him and his family, all so kind. I will always remember Bill, always a smile on his face, and always asking how you were doing. You will be missed. Rest in peace. Love, Tina Licare

So very sorry to the Brown family. Bill and Margaret were our neighbors for years in Lake ST Louis and he was a very giving and loving man of his time. We moved away and mostly lost contact but they left a lasting memory with us. Prayers for comfort for Margaret, Erik and Laura during this time of loss.

Bill saw what I was capable of when I was his client. He recommended I get my counseling degree so I could work as a child counselor with him in the office. So I did! It's been over 2yrs.now of being part of the office family. I've learned so much from him. I will greatly miss his wisdom and presence!
