My sister June was the second in our family, I am the baby, (at 76 years old). June apparently cared for me while mom worked. I was really jealous that I needed to share my sister when, Jim came into the picture. June always remembered us three younger kids. One day Jim and June got a watermelon and brought it to share. That was such a treat. When I had my daughter and was in Germany June sent pictures to her that she had drawn. Junie was so beautiful inside and out. The Bible talks about what a woman should be, and my sister has always filled the listed criteria. I imagine June sitting next to Jesus talking about the four blessings he gave her in her boys, and how comforting Jim was to her, throughout their married life. Your Aunt Pam loves you all.

My sister Junie was so special to this family. We all had so much fun and laughter when we all got together for family visits. I still remember the doll that she and Jim gave me for Christmas when I was a little girl (it was my favorite gift). Junie was a really good seamstress. She made my eighth grade graduation dress, as well as clothes for her family. I still have the home crafts that she made for me. The last time we talked on the phone at Garden View we prayed together. Junie loved our Lord as does all our family.
Jim , thank you for being such a good and loving husband to Junie. I wish I had more eloquent words to express to you and the boys, but just know you are in my prayers that you will be comforted and at peace.. We WILL see her again.
I love you all,
Sandy Rowden

My Aunt June was one of the sweetest ladies I ever knew. She had a quiet, gentle spirit. Very soft-spoken, and when she spoke, you knew she had something to say from her heart. She was a special person to me. Sending our love and prayers to our family my Uncle Jim and their four fine sons and their families. We love you all.
