Jessica was one of my best friends growing up. I remember spending the night with her playing the gamecube, catching wildlife in her backyard, sledding in the backyard in the winter, riding bikes, playing volleyball, learning each other's hobbies, telling each other secrets, playing laser tag, and most of all just hanging out with each other and being there for one another. She was truly a kind, genuine soul and I looked up to her. She always had pure intentions and never talked bad about anyone. She was one of the kindest souls I've ever crossed paths with. Even as we became older we did keep in touch from time to time. She was such a good person and she will truly be missed.

Julie,Steve and Family
There are no words that I have that can express how deeply sorry I am. Even though it has been a long time since I have seen you Grandma Rita always kept me up with all of your family. She always told me about how Jessica loved her hunting time at Grandpa Bills.
Your memories of all these beautiful and special times with Jessica will become more precious as time goes on. I can’t imagine the pain you and Steve are feeling but I hope each day your faith and love will bring you some peace and comfort.
Love to all
Your cousin Sue Kosarek

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter! Reading the obituary, she was obviously a wonderful person and my heart goes out to the entire Hecht family. I have known Stephen and the Hecht family since my early childhood -- Stephen's dad Hadley was my bus driver at Holy Martyrs Catholic School in the 60's and I played the piano for Stephen and Julie's wedding many years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. As someone who recently lost my husband, I know all too well the pain of your loss; please lean on your faith in God at this time and he will comfort you and see you through. Peace to all.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica for the last 8 months since I started my position at HealthMark Group. She was my trainer and always there if I had questions and needed help. She has been a huge inspiration to me with how intelligent and hard-working she was. When we occasionally spoke about things going on in our personal lives she was funny and down to earth, I wish I could have gotten to know her more.
My heart goes out to all of Jessica's loved ones after this tremendous loss.

Jessica inspired me to be a better person, she was the kindest soul, with a contagious smile. She was always so helpful to me when I was buried in work and couldn’t see the end, there she’d be with her tall self, leaning in to let me know she was there and to help find me a better way.
My heart is broken that she is no longer here. She was especially proud of the buck she got a couple years ago,
12 point if I remember correctly. We are certainly praying for your continued peace , and will be thinking of you during this most difficult time.

Jessica was one of the sweetest, most kind, smart, helpful person that I knew. She went above and beyond the call of duty in everything that she did. She was willing to help anyone out with whatever they needed. She was generous and giving, always ready to step in and help. This is truly heartbreaking. I am going to miss her tremendously. That infectious smile, that great attitude, the laughs we shared at work. Teasing me, scaring me when I least expected it, then cracking up when I jumped. She made work fun and tolerable. To know her was to love her. I will continue to pray that our Heavenly Father wrap her family in his loving arms, comforting them and granting them a sense of peace during these trying times.

I did not have the privilege of knowing Jessica. But I know her mother, Julie. I am believing Jessica took after the characteristics of her mother in kindness, energetic, always willing to help others. I will assume that she exhibited the kind of compassion her mother does. Jessica came from good stock through Julie and Steve.
I know the faith of her parents will get them through this tragedy. Although a life, short-lived, everything I read, and hear of Jessica is a life well lived!
Our Father, in heaven, we trust you to bring peace and comfort to all who knew and loved Jessica.

When I heard about Jessica, my heart shattered. I had the privilege of working alongside her at Mercy, and again when she went to Healthmark, but she was more than just a Coworker, she was a friend from the beginning. She was always the first to offer a helping hand, a word of wisdom, and words of encouragement. She brought happiness and smiles to all who knew her. Jessica always went above and beyond what was ever expected of her, especially for her family and friends.
Everyone who met her instantly fell in love with her spirit and friendly, go-getter attitude. She always told us stories about her family, the fun they had while hunting and camping, and she spoke highly of her friends and the fun we all had together, too. She had so much love to give. A wonderful, loving, genuinely kind person gone too soon. She is so dearly missed. I hope she is watching us from up there, smiling knowing how much she is loved and cherished.
Rest in peace, Jess. We all miss you

Jessica was one of the kindest people I have ever met. I am blessed and privileged to have worked and been friends with Jessica. She took pride in everything that she did especially in the friendships that she has made. There's not one thing Jessica would not do for you. I was able to see Jessica grow professionally and personally. She was a wonderful coworker, and a dear friend. One of my favorite memories of Jessica is her talent to make fried ice cream. She always will save me a piece. Jessica, you will be most remembered and missed for your kindness, your contagious laugh, and how you made others feel so loved by you. You are loved by so many and your sweet spirit will never be forgotten. There are so many beautiful things about Jessica that I know we all will miss. We love and miss you, Jessica! Fly high our little angel!

This one hurts so bad. The kindest soul I ever met. Always “happy to help” anyone in need. The most genuinely good soul that I was blessed to know. I will never forget her. The quote, the flame that burns twice as bright, burns half as long.
Everyone that has met her for one minute, felt the love and kindness she gave off. Her parents did such an amazing job at raising her. We need more Jessica’s on this earth. She is now looking down on us and spreading more love.
I miss you so much and that sweet, smiling face.

Jessica was the kindest person. I worked closely with her over the last two years and she always went above and beyond. We worked in a remote setting and I constantly would receive feedback from other department staff about how kind and helpful Jess always was. She cared about her work and the patients/requesters we helped on a day to day basis. You could hear her smile in her voice when she spoke. She will dearly missed.
My thoughts and prayers with the family and all who knew her.
