Q: What will you never forget about Karen?
A: When I was little I spent a lot of time at Aunt Karen & Uncle Revo’s house. I loved when she made cinnamon toast for breakfast. We would always have the best conversation sitting at the table in the kitchen while she cooked.
There was one night in Middle School, I found myself in a situation, and I ended up walking to her house at like 1am. She open the door asked a couple questions, but didn’t push for a lot of answers. I ended up spending the night and remembering how lucky I was to have such a caring, loving person that I felt so safe with. I will forever be grateful to her for that.

One of my memories of my Aunt Karen is when I was little she used to babysit my sister and I. It was some of the best times being able to spend time with her and my cousins. I remember always being able to watch Mr. Rogers at her house.
Another memory I have is she always called me Chassy Sue. I was named after her and I always thought it was a privilege to have the same middle name.
I loved receiving text messages from her. She would tell me happy birthday, and she would always complement me and say how cute little Cooper was. I would always tell her that I loved her and was praying for her. One of our last text messages. was me telling her happy birthday and before that we chatted about Judy going to college. She was proud of Judy.
Aunt Karen never missed any bridal showers, baby showers, graduations or weddings. Her family meant the world to her and she wanted to make sure that we all knew that we were important.,
I am really going to miss hearing her voice and seeing her. She was special to me and my family and has always been there to help us out. I love you, aunt Karen and I know we will see each other again..
Love Chasity

Being the eldest child of Aunt Karen's oldest sibling, makes me the oldest Grandchild and some of my fondest memories growing up were of family.
Aunt Karen, Uncle Revo and the boys were definitely included in those memories. One of the most memorable things about Aunt Karen for me was her laugh! Like my Dad, she had this laugh that I couldn't mistake for anyone else! If I close my eyes and picture her face, I can hear that laugh! The same way I do with my Dad! She's part of those precious memories that I hold Dear to my Heart! I'll miss her terribly.
Love and Prayers,
Cindy Lynn

Where to start to share memories and great times with my Big Sis Karen Sue,
Karen was 10 years older than me so I always looked up to her as a role model.
She was gentle but strong when she needed to be. I rarely saw her mad, maybe upset or aggravated but never boiling mad.
There was a time that she & Revo went on a vacation and left their Toy poodle, Frinzy with me and my sisters to dog-sit. Before they got home Frinzy got out and we never found him again. We were so afraid we were going to be in so much trouble and she would be so mad at us but if she was she never yelled at us or let on to us that she was mad.
She would pick Bonnie and I up from school and we (maybe it was me) would say "She's gonna be crabby, she's got curlers in her hair" but she never was crabby with us.
Karen was never boastful or pushy. She was easy going and would go along with whatever anyone would suggest not to cause a confrontation. If you asked her opinion, she would give it but never pushed it on you.
I can still hear her voice saying "Oh Hi" when I would call her, like she was surprised and glad to hear from me.
Lonnie and I remember the many road trips and vacations we took with her and Revo, Table Rock Lake, New Orleans, Branson, Tunica Mississippi, Iowa, and Paris, Mo to see the only covered bridge in Missouri. They were always such fun get aways. Lots of laughs and repeated stories.
We are so thankful for those memories and will hold tight to them.
We are going to miss the random road trips, our phone texts, and conversations and her Big Beautiful Smile.
Love & miss you so much Karen!

Memories of my beautiful Karen
As I reminisce memories of my life for over 65 years Karen Sue is a huge part of my thoughts:
My most recent memories of her specifically are many & here’s a few.
-Telephone conversations with her & Big R joining in with proud updates of her boys & grand babies
-Road trips to Alton & lunches at Pierre Marquette lodge
-Boston vacation
-Michigan vacation with siblings
-Lake trips with their Red boat & all the little cousins
Younger days include dancing with Karen & Doris as they dressed for night out at “Steve’s” in Moscow Mill
-Bringing gifts to us 4 little girls from the big city
Where they worked at chuck-A -Burger”
Her & Big R’s dating days
When B Revo baby sat us 4 little girls occasionally
It was only in the past 10 years or so; retirements set in, our grandkids growing, busy with their lives that us siblings had more free time to interact & spend more time together. Our fellowships grew & we siblings had more time to share. Vacations together, road trips, lunches & sibling gatherings that have given us all many more memories filled with so much fun & laughter, Hearing stories we’d heard so many times before, laughing as if it were the 1st time hearing.
For me, Kackoo was a gentle, sweet Matriarch who was always up for anything, seldom pushy, & mostly agreeable.?
I will miss her so dearly yet feel so very Blessed to have so many loving memories to smile about.
I’m happy you are with our Lord. Rest in Peace dear Sister .

Q: What will you never forget about Karen?
A: Aunt Karen was a very sweet and loving person, and an Aunt who I always felt truly loved me. I used to visit my cousins Litte Revo and Bryce, "out in the country" pretty regularly as a child. Great times hanging out with them and the family. Aunt Karen would throw me in the tub with Bryce and knock out 2 for 1! She treated me so kindly, and always had a smile, unless she was cleaning an apartment with G-ma, or the boys were fighting like cats and dogs, which was quite frequently. ........Later in life as I grew older, she would always light up when I saw her. It was genuine, and very welcoming. I will miss my Aunt dearly....

Aunt Karen always asked “how you doing Julianna” with a great big smile on her face. I can still hear her say it. It was always about others with Aunt Karen. And she listened so intently when I talked with her it made me feel special.

My sweet Aunt Karen will be greatly missed. She was there to share many milestones in my life. Here are just a few.
•The birth of my first child. Her and Brent were there with open arms and big smiles to meet Jaden Elaina.
•My bachelorette party. Her and a few of her sisters celebrating a night out on the town with us.
•My wedding. Aunt Karen and Uncle Revo were recognized for being the longest married couple that attended mine and Brad’s wedding.
Rest easy Aunt Karen.
Love Always,
Emily

Karen I will always remember you as one of the sweetest ladies I had the opportunity to work with
You for a year and will never forget the laughs our
Little group had at the picnic table. Thankful and blessed to have had the chance to know you during
That time. You will always be remembered smiling
And laughing. Heart felt condolences to all your family
And those hearts you touched in one way or another.
Sincerely, Tammy
