john was always a gentleman and a friend to everyone.I never saw anything that wasn't like Jesus in any way.everytime I got around him I always felt I was in the presence of a great and kind christian who was true to his Godly ideals and I will always remember him as my good friend. I was so saddened to hear this--John was always so kind and friendly, I bumped into John a few months back and was glad to spend a few minutes chatting with him. He will be missed.

I remember the kindness John showed to my son Scott when he and their son Johnny were school friends and Scott would go over to their house. He always felt welcomed. My condolences to the family.
