Uncle Harold,
Though it's been many years since I've seen you and we're not related by blood, you've always been my favorite uncle. I recently found out you were sick and wanted to see you once my car was in safer driving condition. I guess it didn't happen soon enough. I love you so much Uncle Harold and you'll forever be missed and stored in my heart. You gave me so much good advice growing up that has stayed with me over the years. Thank you for everything. I'm glad I know you made it into Heaven. I'd also like to send my deepest condolences to his family and closest friends. My prayers are with you all for strength and comfort in your time of sorrow. Today is the memorial and I only found out 15 minutes ago that you are going home to the Maker. Having memories right now and had to chuckle about how you never bit your tongue about what was on your mind, no matter if it hurt our feelings or whatever, you were brutally honest which bothered me as a sensitive kid, but as I became an adult I honored that in you. You're an awesome person with a heart of gold beneath that loud voice and sometimes harsh words. Waitresses never stood a chance against you if something was missing or messed up lol. I'm thankful for the memories you've helped make for me. If you ever wanna talk I'm sure I'd hear your voice calling me. I sure could use some of that advice in my life right now.

Harold was a very good Facebook friend. Did not know him well, however, he will be greatly missed. I pray comfort to all his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family and everyone knows how Harold I were but I can't help but to remember back when he was my step dad no matter how he was there were a couple times I'll never forget that we didn't have any food in the house and he went out and wrote bad checks and stocked the house up he was always as far back as I can remember has talked down to and was mean to people specially those that really loved and cared about him it wasn't that long ago him and I had a conversation about that but there were also times that he would always make birthdays holidays or the important things happy and memorable times I am saddened by his sudden loss honestly I don't think I really believe it yet but no matter what this is the time to respect and honor his passing and him for the person he was that really was a good person and brightened some people's lives remember the things he gave us and the love he gave and showed to some and stop any negativity rest in peace and please tell Donny David and Cindy I love and miss them so much I am grateful that this last bit of time around each other we were civil and had some good times
