Just found out today,
Tuesday March 19th 2019 Boog was a good friend of mine for years around the Old Monroe Area. Especially during the time I lived at dad's Campground at Cherokee Lakes. Looking back the good old days. We duck Hunted together watch football, drank a many a beer, bet football, went to the boat, all around Saint Louis generally just had fun he was easy to have fun with. Bo o g had a big heart always willing to help out if he could. We would go to the boat we both love to gamble. He loved to play sports, watch sports, coach Sports anything about sports. What big loss in my heart never forget boog and so sad to hear the news God bless the family would have been there but I just found out today when I got the paper very saddened all day and shocked.
Jack Gary Kelly Kandy I'm sorry guys nobody notified me hang in there God bless you all if I can be any help please feel free to contact me. Thank you, Spanky Spangler
PS. sorry about the letter I'm still in shock as I write this.

So very sorry to hear this news. We just want your family to know “Boog” touched more lives than you could know. I was lucky enough to spend time with him through “Boog’s” friends, Keith Moudy and Ted Banker. I remember him stopping to see me when I was in Troy doing a live report for the news.
God bless you all and God bless our friend “Boog”.

Boog, there is soooo much i could say hear. Some of my fondest memories were with you. We had our duet songs we always sIng in the car together, One being, You get what you give and the song from Dido...you know which one I'm talking about. Then the time we were leaving Tim Whitaker's house and it it was very cold and icy out and we was leaving his subdivision and all you kept saying was " foot off the break...foot off the break" over and over till I did and we missed that concrete pillar by a hair. Then the time when I met you for lunch at one of your job sites and you was sitting up in one of your heavy equipment machines and you told me climb up and then you said reach around and shut the door and when I did, I guess I hit something and the bucket went to the left and totalled out some guys truck. Your dad was at the site at that time and we had to go over and tell him, needless to say he wan't too happy but he never acted angry towards me or made me feel horrible more than what I already did. I was so scared to tell him, so you did all the talking. Boog was one of the most selfless people I know. Not one time did I ever hear him say a bad word about anyone, he would always say, "Don't start me lying." Then that hand fist thing he always did, he would hold his hand out until you would fist punch him( I'm not sure if that's what you call it but if you knew him well, you know what I'm talking about) When I was down he was always there to cheer me up. He was always happy and there to be a friend when someone needed one. You could always count on him to make you laugh and we did plenty of that. I guess you could say he was my best buddy. I could count on him and he could count on me. I'm gonna miss you soo much Boodie. I LOVE YOU....TILL WE MEET AGAIN MY FRIEND!!!
