So sorry to hear of the loss of Dick. He was in the same high school class and next door neighbor to my mother Marie Ann Jones nee Knox on the Knox farm. He used to come visit in his earlier years but had not had contact for several years. He was the inspiration to move my Uncle Bill Knox Battleship Missouri painting from the State capitol to the Lincoln County Court house. Rest in peace Dick and condolences to the family.

Were sure gonna miss the old man we will miss him stopping by just to chat and check up on us. The story's he would tell us man he had some story's I guess with being 98 he had an arsenal of those. He will be so missed. We didnt know him long just 2 short years but were pleased to have known him that long. God bless the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr Whiteside was a wonderful Christian and friend. I always enjoy talking to him and listening to his stories. He was the oldest member of Star Hope and he will be greatly missed by all. May God comfort you all in your time of sorrow. Connie, may you rest now that your dad is with our Lord and Savior.
