Feel blessed to have known her as a teacher within the Winfield school system and to have a life long friend in her daughter Peggy. If you girls have a chance go to facebook WHS alumni site and take comfort in so many kind words from her former students.
I remember Mrs. Byington ...she was a beautiful woman and always dressed beautiful. I didn't have her as a teacher but do remember her well....sorry for your loss. May she be at peace! Take care!
