Obituary of Robert Joseph Scheler

Visitation for Robert Joseph "Robbie" Scheler of Foley, MO, will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO. Mr. Scheler, 34, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur, MO. He was born October 18, 1978 in Louisville, KY. He was an aspiring artist. Survivors include his parents, Kathleen Shallow and her husband, Daniel, of Foley and Earl Scheler of Louisville; one brother, Earl W. Scheler of Louisville; and one sister, Gloria Anderson, also of Louisville. He also leaves three uncles: Joseph L. Brunwell of DE, Michael Shallow and his wife, MaryAnn, of Troy, MO, and Patrick Shallow and his wife, Ann, of St. Charles, MO; three aunts: Evelyn Brumwell of NY, Bonnie Dameron of Elsberry, and Terry Tobin of TN; his good friend, Ryan York of Wentzville, MO; several cousins, other relatives and friends.
