Obituary of Robert Joel Leonard

Robert Joel Leonard Funeral services for Robert Joel "B.J." Leonard of Moscow Mills, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Jimmy Dunn, pastor of the St. Charles Pentecostal of God Church, and Allen Haislip will officiate with burial in Old Alexandria Cemetery near Troy, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Puder, Daniel "Buddy" Puder, Chris Dauphin, Gilbert Edgar, Bobby Hovanec, Justin Hamline and Cody Parton. Mr. Leonard, 22, passed away Monday morning, September 10, 2012 the result of a one-vehicle accident on Brevator Road near Moscow Mills. Born June 5, 1990 in Troy, MO, he was the son of Robert Vern and Joy Arlene Henderson Leonard. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Leonard and Joy Henderson Leonard. B.J. is survived by his fiancé, Deborah Hilbert and her son, K.J. Crawford; one brother, Leon Arlin Leonard of Moscow Mills; and one sister, Misty Angel Leonard, also of Moscow Mills. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Debra Arlene Griffith and her husband, Joseph, of Moscow Mills; his great-grandmother, Ollie Santoyo and her husband, Jim, of Winfield; several aunts and uncles, numerous cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Memorials may be made to the Family of Robert Joel "B.J."
