Rev. Doug McGlaughlin officiated the service. Ms. Tolbert, 45, died early Wednesday morning, December 7, 2005 at her home in Elsberry. Born February 8, 1960 in Troy, MO, she was the daughter of Randall Wade and Gloria Ann (nee Vaughn) Tolbert. Ms. Tolbert was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Vaughn. Survivors include her parents, Randall and Gloria Tolbert of Elsberry, MO; her maternal grandmother, Martha Vaughn of Elsberry; two sons: Randall VanScoyk and Charles VanScoyk, both of Elsberry; one daughter, Nicole Tolbert of Farmington, MO; two sisters: Rena Tolbert and Barbara "Bobbi" Aubuchon and her husband, Ronnie, of Elsberry; one nephew; two nieces; two great-nephews; two great nieces; and several cousins, other relatives and many friends. Memorials may be made to the Family of Rhonda Sue Tolbert in care of Randall and Charles VanScoyk.
