Obituary of Gloria Ann Tolbert

Gloria Ann Tolbert Gloria Ann Tolbert, 75, passed away Tuesday night, November 30, 2011 at her home in Elsberry, MO. Born October 7, 1936 in Elsberry, she was the daughter of Charles T. and Martha Mae Robinson Vaughn. She was united in marriage on June 13, 1959 in Elsberry to Randall Wade Tolbert. This union was blessed with three children: Rhena, Bobbi and Rhonda. Mrs. Tolbert took Early Childhood Development classes at Hannibal-LaGrange College. She worked as a Lead Pre-School Teacher for Head Start, retiring in May 1998 after 30 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles T. Robinson and daughter, Rhonda Sue Tolbert, who died December 7, 2005. Survivors include her beloved husband of 52 years, Randall Tolbert of Elsberry; two daughters: Rhena Tolbert and Bobbi Aubuchon and her husband, Ronnie, all of Elsberry; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She also leaves her mother, Martha Vaughn of Elsberry; one brother, Larry Vaughn and his wife, Dorothy, of Elsberry; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
