Obituary of William Boehm

Funeral services for William "Billy" Bernard Boehm of Elsberry, MO will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Elsberry Assembly of God Church in Elsberry. Rev. Richard Pillars, church pastor, will officiate. Mr. Boehm, 50, died Sunday, October 5, 2008 on a houseboat on the Mississippi River near Mozier, IL. Born March 12, 1958 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of Bill and Jackie Frances Plummer Boehm. He was united in marriage on July 21, 1980 in Madison, WV to Ruth Ann Naasko. This union was blessed with three children: Jesse, Autumn and Billy Jo. He worked for several years as a carpet installer. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Boehm; two brothers: Frank McGrath and Bob Boehm; and two sisters: Pam Loftus and Linda Cubbage. His wife, Ruth Boehm; his sister, Jody Ryan; and his brother-in-law, Dale Ryan, Sr., all died in the same accident on October 5, 2008. Survivors include one son, Jesse Naasko and his wife, Charlene, of Germany; two daughters: Autumn Yungkau, and her husband, David, of Hawaii, and Billy Jo Boehm and her fianc�, Jeremy Evitts, of Westland, MI; and two grandchildren: Joey Naasko and Dylan Evitts. He also leaves his mother, Jackie Boehm of Elsberry; two sisters: Jane Evosevich and her husband, Del, of Richland, WA, and Janet Mitchell and her husband, Ricky, of Elsberry; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the Elsberry Assembly of God Church in Elsberry.
