Obituary of Anne Martha Sigwalt

Anne Martha Sigwalt, 84, passed away Friday afternoon, February 8, 2008 at the Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, MO. Born March 12, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Gustav and Laura Johnson Reinertsen. She graduated in 1941 from Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn. She was united in marriage in September of 1950 in Brooklyn to Warren Sigwalt. Mrs. Sigwalt was employed for many years as an activities director for Bethena Nursing Home in Schaumberg, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Laura Reinertsen; three brothers: Richard Reinertsen and John (her twin) Reinertsen and Stanley Reinertsen; and her beloved husband of 38 years, Warren Sigwalt. Survivors include one brother, Andrew Reinertsen and his wife, Dale, of Florissant, MO; one sister, Jean DeGenaro of Brooklyn, NY; one niece, Pam Johnson and her husband, Ron; two great-nieces: Katarina and Madison Johnson; other relatives and friends.
