Obituary of Marian Doris Hyde

Marian Doris Hyde Funeral services for Marian Doris Hyde of Winfield, MO, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Rev. Sammy Lorton, pastor of Whiteside Holiness Church, will officiate with burial in Elsberry City Cemetery in Elsberry. Serving as pallbearers will be Allan Hyde, James Hyde, Jason Hyde, Cory Hyde and Jamie Hyde. Mrs. Hyde, 77, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 29, 2008 at Blanchette Place Care Center in St. Charles, MO. Born July 21, 1930 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Joseph and O'Delia Lajeunell Heil. She was united in marriage on June 21, 1952 in St. Louis to J.L. Hyde. This union was blessed with three children: David, Theresa and Linda. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and O'Delia Heil; three brothers: Raymond Heil, Kenny Heil and Ervin "E.J." Heil; one sister: Loretta Vangelos; one granddaughter, Stacie Lynn Hyde; and her beloved husband of 27 years, J.L. Hyde, who died May 15, 1980. Survivors include one son: David Hyde and his wife, Elsie, of Winfield; two daughters: Theresa Hyde of Foley, MO and Linda Coit of Troy, MO; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She also leaves one brother, Jesse Heil of St. Charles, MO; one sister, Marcella Noble of Foley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
