Obituary of Robert Lewis Chance

Robert Lewis Chance, Jr. Funeral services for Robert Lewis Chance, Jr., infant son of Robert and Christina Chance, Sr., will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2007 at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Elsberry, MO. Rev. Doug Roam, church pastor, will officiate with burial in Elsberry City Cemetery in Elsberry. Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Vaughn and Andrea "Dee Dee" Stewart. "Little Bobby" died Monday evening, November 26, 2007 at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born April 13, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, he was the son of Robert Lewis and Christina Lynn Stewart Chance, Sr. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Gene and Patricia Stewart; and his paternal great-grandmother, Nancy Kain. Survivors include his parents, Robert and Christina Chance, Sr. of Elsberry; two brothers: Damian and Kaden Chance of Elsberry; and one sister, Danielle Stewart of Elsberry. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Tina Stewart of Elsberry; his maternal grandfather, Kevin Stewart of Sedalia, MO; his paternal grandmother, Susan Murdock of Humansville, MO; his maternal great-grandmother, Alice Hunter of Elsberry; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends of the family. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Elsberry.
