Obituary of Aricca Nicholle Palmer

Aricca Nicholle Palmer Funeral services for Aricca Nicholle Palmer of Eolia, MO will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO. Rev. Paul Garven, pastor of the Elsberry United Methodist Church, will officiate with burial in the Elsberry City Cemetery in Elsberry. Serving as pallbearers will be Ted Welch, Mark Lavy, Lemmie Wells, Melvin Schuerman, Mike Schuerman and Jim Hurter. Aricca, 16, died Friday, June 1, 2007 at her home in Eolia. Born April 13, 1991 in Wentzville, MO, she was the daughter of Derrick Conan Palmer and Penny Louise Schuerman Sperry. She was a student at Clopton High School near Eolia; where she was a cheerleader, was the 2005 Eolia Homecoming Queen, and was involved in track & field. Aricca was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Charles Palmer. Survivors include her father, Derrick Palmer of Eolia; her mother, Penny Sperry and fianc�, Steve Nienaber of St. Peters, MO; one brother, Dillen Sperry of St. Peters; and one sister, Kaylee Lisane Palmer of Eolia. She also leaves her paternal grandmother, Jeanette Palmer of Elsberry; her maternal grandfather, Melvin Schuerman and his wife, Martha, of Elsberry; her maternal grandmother, Lois Schuerman of St. Louis, MO; her maternal great-grandmother, Sarah Schuerman of St. Charles, MO; step-grandparents, Ron and Diane Brawley of Eolia; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.
