Obituary of Roy Thomas Aubuchon

Roy Thomas Aubuchon Funeral services for Roy Thomas Aubuchon of Foley, MO were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2007 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Richard Turnbull officiated with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield, MO. Mr. Aubuchon, 56, died Saturday morning, April 29, 2007 at Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, MO. Born January 16, 1951 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of Clifford E. and Dorothy F. Roesler Aubuchon. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from December 30, 1969 until being honorably discharged April 14, 1972. He was employed for several years as a construction laborer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Dorothy Aubuchon; one brother, Richard Aubuchon, who died August 19, 1998; one sister, Alice Reimers, who died April 21, 2002; and one brother-in-law, Richard Reimers, who died February 24, 1990. Survivors include his former wife, Wanda Aubuchon of Foley; two daughters: Nicole Kondrad of Milwaukee, WI and Dasha Cooke and her husband, Alan, of Lake Helen, FL; one step-daugther, Jackie Thompson of Foley; and seven grandchildren. He also leaves four brothers: Eddie Aubuchon of Winfield, MO, Jimmie Aubuchon and his wife, Mary, of Old Monroe, MO, Donnie Aubuchon and his wife, Patsy, of Winfield, and Michael Aubuchon and his wife, Debbie, of Foley; four sisters: Sharon Jones and her husband, Bill, of Conroe, TX, Ethel Hicks and her husband, Wayne, of Salem, OR, Marie Cain and her husband, Kevin, of O'Fallon, MO, and Christine Dubach and her husband, Roche, of Foley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2006 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
