Judy Ann Day A Mass of Christian Burial for Judy Ann Day of Winfield, MO was held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2005 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe, MO. Msgr. Gregory Schmidt, church pastor, officiated with burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery near Old Monroe. Serving as pallbearers were Mike Wehde, Jarred Wehde, Carl Day, Dennis Thornhill, Ed Kohn, and Dennis Uthe.. Mrs. Day, 54, died Tuesday evening, April 12, 2005 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Highway 79 near Old Monroe. Born February 25, 1951, in St. Charles, she was the daughter of the late Ralph B. and Irene Mense Wehde. She was united in marriage on October 20, 1973 in Old Monroe to James Day. Mrs. Day was a Mail Carrier for US. Government. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe. Mrs. Day was a supporter of the Circle of Life. Besides her parents, Ralph and Irene Wehde, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Wehde Jr. who died in December, 1995 Survivors include her beloved husband of 31 years, James Day, of Winfield; one son, Aaron James Day of Winfield; one daughter, Carrie Irene Peasel and her husband, Rob of Wentzville MO; her step-mother, Gladys Wehde of Old Monroe, two granddaughters: Brooke Leanne Peasel of Wentzville and Paige Marie Peasel of Wentzville. She also leaves three brothers: Robert Wehde and his wife, Freida, of Winfield, Gary Wehde and his wife, Mary, of St. Paul, Aurther Wehde and his wife, Robyn, of Elsberry; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
