Obituary of Christopher Allen Haven

Christopher Allen Haven Christopher Allen Haven, 43, of Winfield, MO, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, December 26, 2014 at the home of his son in Elsberry, MO. He was born February 7, 1971 in Creve Coeur, MO. Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Sadie Ellen Coomer Shirley in 2009 and Alvis Henry Shirley in 2013; his paternal grandmother, Virginia Eleanor Geile Head in 1996; two brothers: Jason Haven in 2013 and Brian Henry Head in 2005; and his former wife, Cyndy Lynne Foltz in 2011. Survivors include three sons: Jesse Ray Haven and his wife, Deanna Harrison-Haven, of Elsberry, Johnny Lee Haven and companion, Kassie Aldrich, of St. Peters, MO, and David Charles Haven of St. Charles, MO; and three grandchildren: Jacob Dustin Haven, Blake Henry Haven and Declan Jonathan Haven. He also leaves his parents, David Charles and Evelyn Mae Shirley Head of Winfield; two brothers: Kevin Lee Head and his fiance, Jillan Howlett, of Troy, MO, and William Nelson Haven, Jr. of Corsicana, TX; his best friend who he thought of as a brother, Jimmy Brockman, of St. Charles; one niece, Alyssa Mae Head; one nephew, Blake Oryan Savage; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date at New Salem Baptist Church near Winfield, with inurnment in Asbury Cemetery near Foley, MO.
