Raymond Leo Heil Funeral services for Raymond Leo Heil of Foley, MO will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2005 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield. J. Larry Carter of Carter-Ricks Funeral Homes will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 1:15 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Heil, 73, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 in Cuba, MO, at the home of a friend. Born January 25, 1932 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of the late Joseph and O'Delia Lajeunell Heil. Raymond served in the U.S. Army from September 1, 1954 till September 24, 1957. He was united in marriage January 25, 1958 in St. Louis to Willia Mae Heil. He was employed for a number of years at Hussman Refrigeration in St. Louis. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Willia Mae Heil who died March 18, 1995. Survivors include one son, Raymond Joseph Heil of Lesterville, MO; one daughter, Diane Karen Asher of Hillsboro, MO; three stepsons: Curtis Wright and his wife, Jane, of Guntersville, AL, Dennis Wright and his wife, Theresa, of DeSoto, MO, and George Wright of Fenton, MO; one stepdaughter, Gloria Jean Smith of Valles Mines, MO; eighteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. He also leaves one brother, Jesse Joseph Heil of St. Charles, MO; two sisters, Marion Doris Hyde of Winfield, MO and Marcella Lillian Noble of Foley, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service Monday, March 14, 2005 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home.
