Obituary of Anna Belle Hubbard

Anna Belle Hubbard Funeral Services for Anna Belle Hubbard of Troy, MO, formerly a longtime resident of Winfield, MO, were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at Carter Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Rev. Sammy Lorton, pastor of the Foley Holiness Church, officiated with cremation following at Memorial Park Crematory in St. Louis, MO. Mrs. Hubbard, 86, died Sunday morning, November 7, 2004 at Troy Manor in Troy. Born April 24, 1918 in Winfield, MO, she was the daughter of the late Claude A. and Jessie B. East Broyles. She was united in marriage to Owen Hubbard. She was employed for many years as an assembler at a furniture manufacturing company in Wright City, MO. Mrs. Hubbard was a member of the Foley Holiness Church in Foley, MO. Besides her parents, Claude and Jessie Broyles, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Morland Broyles, Claude Dale Broyles and Joe Bob Broyles; two sisters: Guinevere Sanderson and Colleen Lindsey; and her beloved husband, Owen Hubbard, who died in 1985. Survivors include one son, Bob Hubbard and his wife, Rita, of Troy, MO; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She also leaves one sister, Donna Lou Sanders and her husband, Wes, of Foley; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2004 at Carter Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
