Danielle Marie Albrecht A Mass of Christian burial for Danielle Marie Albrecht of Moscow Mills, MO was held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe, MO. Msgr. Gregory Schmidt, church pastor, officiated with burial in Troy City Cemetery in Troy, MO. Serving as pallbearers were Jason VanHoozier, Travis Albrecht, Kane Tompkins and Jeremiah Twellman. Danielle, almost 4 years old, died Wednesday morning, June 23, 2004 at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO, following a fire at the home of her father in Moscow Mills, MO. Born June 30, 2000 in St. Charles, MO, she was the daughter of Shane Daniel Albrecht and Amber Marie VanHoozier. She attended Small Small World Preschool in Elsberry, MO, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Marcella Vossenkemper. Survivors include her mother, Amber VanHoozier of Moscow Mills; her father, Shane Albrecht and his wife, Dalena, of Moscow Mills; one sister, Alyssa Jan VanHoozier of Moscow Mills; and one brother, Dylan Albrecht of Moscow Mills. She also leaves her maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Gale VanHoozier of Moscow Mills; her paternal grandparents, David and Fay Albrecht of Troy; step-grandparents, Rick and Joyce Quirin of Winfield; her maternal great-grandparents: Barbara Jo Fry of Kansas City, MO, and Arthur and Pat VanHoozier of Cleveland, MO; her paternal great-grandparents: Ray C. and Nell Albrecht of Troy, and Dean and Goldie Arnold of McPherson, KS; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2004 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Memorials may be given in Danielle's name at People's Bank & Trust Co. in Winfield, the Bank of Old Monroe, and the Bank of Lincoln County in Elsberry; or sent to Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 3838 East Highway 47, P.O.
