Obituary of Jerry Allee

Jerry Wayne Allee, Sr. Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Allee, Sr. of Old Monroe, MO were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Steven Dull officiated with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers were Tom Hogg, Todd Allee, Duane Baum, Dennis Schleeper, Dan Jones, and Jim Palazzola. Mr. Allee, 56, died early Sunday morning, February 15, 2004 at his home in Old Monroe. Born December 19, 1947 in California, MO, he was the son of Cleve Earl and Clara Louise Lachner Allee. He was a 1965 graduate of California High School. He served his country during Vietnam in the U.S. Army from January 18, 1968 until August 22, 1969. He was united in marriage on February 6, 1971 in St. Louis County to Linda Kay Ring. He was employed for a number of years as a welder for Consolidated Fence. Mr. Allee was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Allee; and his daughter, Liana L. Allee, who died May 7, 2001. Survivors include his beloved wife, Linda Allee of Old Monroe; one son, Jerry W. Allee, Jr. and his wife, Chastity, of Troy, MO; two daughters: Catrina A Stephenson and her husband, Robert, of St. Peters, MO, and Diana M. Allee of Winfield; and seven grandchildren. He also leaves his father, Cleve Allee of California, MO; one brother, Billy L. Allee and his wife, Donna, of Shelbina, MO; one sister, Sharron M. Schneider and her husband, Mike, of Jefferson City, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
