Troy Anthony Price Funeral services for Troy Anthony Price of Moscow Mills, MO were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Raymond Doussard, chaplain for AmHeart Hospice, officiated with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Mr. Price, 37, died Saturday afternoon, December 6, 2003 at his home near Moscow Mills. Born July 15, 1966 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of Charles and Carol Wiley Price. He was united in marriage on May 31, 2001 in Lincoln County, MO to Karen M. Smith. He was employed for a number of years as a siding installer for Martin Construction in O'Fallon, MO. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling and fishing. Besides his father, Charles Price, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frieda Mounds; and his aunt, Linda Childres. Survivors include his loving wife, Karen Price of Moscow Mills; two sons: Thomas Price and his wife, Elizabeth, of Hawk Point, MO, and Kevin Price of Old Monroe, MO; two step-sons: Derek Shelton and Taylor Boehmer, both of Moscow Mills; and one step-daughter, Paige Boehmer of Moscow Mills. He also leaves his mother, Carol Piel and her husband, George, of Old Monroe; his step-mother, Agnes Price of Beaufort, MO; his maternal grandmother, Virginia Wiley of St. Louis, MO; three brothers: Brian Moomey of O'Fallon, MO, Jeffrey Moomey of Jefferson City, MO, and Jimmie Price and his wife, Lisa, of Cedar Hill, MO; two sisters: Dawn Johnson and her husband, Terrel, of Moscow Mills, and Rhonda Moorman of Cedar Hill; three brothers-in-law, James Smith of Columbus, MS, Don Smith of Columbus, MS, and Glen Smith of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
