Obituary of Catherine Renae Harding

Catherine Renae Harding Funeral Services for Catherine Renae Harding of Elsberry, MO, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. J. Larry Carter of Carter-Ricks Funeral Homes will officiate with burial in New Hope Cemetery in Elsberry. Serving as pallbearers will be Marion Harding, Jr., John Kinion, Rusty Kinion, Mike Harding, Jeremy Deane and Joey Harding. Ms. Harding, 53, passed away early Friday morning, December 16, 2011 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born November 11, 1958 in St. Charles, MO, she was the daughter of Russell Carlson and Juanita Florence Civey Spencer. She worked as a dietary worker in the cafeteria at Elsberry High School. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Spencer. Survivors include three sons: John Stanley Kinion, Jr. and his wife, Katy, of Troy, MO, Thomas Russell "Rusty" Kinion and his wife, Rachel, of Elsberry and Marion Merle Harding, Jr. of Elsberry; three daughters: Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Kinion of Elsberry, Virginia Marion "Ginger" Deane and her husband, Jeremy, of Moscow Mills, MO and Kimberly Ann Harding of Elsberry; and one grandson, Nikoli Kinion of Elsberry. She also leaves her mother, Juanita Spencer of St. Charles; two brothers: Russell Paul Spencer and his wife, Peggy, of St. Charles and James Frederick Spencer and his wife, Marty, of St. Peters, MO; two sisters: Cynthia Sue Woerner of Brownsville, TX and Shirley Jean Loeffler and her husband, Bob, of St. Charles; several nieces nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2011 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.
