Obituary of James Henry Knickmeyer

James Henry Knickmeyer Funeral Services for James Henry Knickmeyer of Elsberry, MO will be held at 11:00 Friday, October 8, 2010 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. Rev. Gary McCracken, Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Troy, will officiate, with burial in Elsberry City Cemetery. Mr. Knickmeyer, 67, passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, MO. Born March 1, 1943 in St. Louis, MO he was the son of Henry Jr. and Minnie Bell Butcher Knickmeyer. He worked for many years as an electronic maintenance technician for Ozark Airlines and TWA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Jr. and Minnie Knickmeyer. Survivors include his brother, Chris Knickmeyer of Dellwood, MO; several other relatives, and many friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.
