Obituary of Harold T. Lloyd

Harold T. "Bud" Lloyd Harold T. "Bud" Lloyd, 71, passed away Friday morning, July 23, 2010 at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, MO. Born September 11, 1938 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of Louis G. and Matilda Potts Lloyd. He was united in marriage on June 15, 1969 in Webster Groves, MO to Karen Ann Shoop. He worked for many years as an over the road truck driver for Georgia Pacific, retiring in 2002. He was a member of the Teamsters Local Union #682. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Matilda Lloyd; and three brothers: Richard, William and Louis Lloyd. Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years, Karen Lloyd of Winfield, MO; one brother, Robert Lloyd of St. Ann, MO; two sisters: Virginia Tucker and her husband, Basil, of Silex, MO and Ruth Ann Lemons of Ferguson, MO; two sisters-in-law: Rachel Rae Lloyd of Overland, MO and Dora Mae Lloyd of O'Fallon, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
