Obituary of Mary Ann Hoelting

Mary Ann Hoelting A Mass of Christian burial for Mary Ann Hoelting of Old Monroe, MO will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Old Monroe. Msgr. Gregory Schmidt, church pastor, will officiate with burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Old Monroe. Serving as pallbearers will be David Sigmund, Jeff Agnew, Kevin Hoelting, Aaron Aubuchon, Nick Hoelting and Adam Hoelting. Mrs. Hoelting, 78, passed away Monday, February 15, 2010 at her home in Old, Monroe. Born May 20, 1931 in Old Monroe, she was the daughter of Frank and Eleanor Burkemper Wehde. She was united in marriage on May 7, 1960 in Old Monroe to James A. Hoelting. This union was blessed with five children: Phil, Maureen, Wayne, Jerry and Christine. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Old Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Eleanor Wehde; one son, Wayne Hoelting, who passed away in 2003; one brother, Donald Wehde; and two sisters: Celeste Wehde and Ruth Wehde. Survivors include her beloved husband of almost 50 years, Jim Hoelting; two sons: Phil Hoelting and his wife, Carol, of Moscow Mills, MO, and Jerry Hoelting of Old Monroe; two daughters; Maureen Aubuchon of Old Monroe, and Christine Hoelting of Troy, MO; and seven grandchildren: Nick, Adam and Jessica Hoelting, Megan, Melissa and Aaron Aubuchon, and Paige Hoelting. She also leaves one brother, Bertram Wehde of Old Monroe; four sisters: Doris Sigmund of St. Paul, MO, Rita Wehde, Joan Agnew and her husband, Jack, and Cecilia Stockla and her husband, Frank, all of St. Louis; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home Winfield, MO and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
