Obituary of Joseph Andrew Hubert

Joseph Andrew Hubert Funeral services for Joseph Andrew Hubert of Winfield, MO will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Hyde, Dave Smith, Allen Purler, Allen Hyde, Greg Cartwright, and Danny Cartwright. Mr. Hubert, 33, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born February 23, 1976 in Troy, MO, he was the son of Paul Milton and Rose Martha Glumn Hubert. He graduated from Winfield High School in 1995 and later received his associate's degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pittsburg, PA. He worked for several years as a chef at Ameristar Casino. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Hubert; and one brother, Paul Matthew Hubert. Survivors include his father, Paul Hubert of Winfield; two stepsisters: Kelly Wells of Syracuse, MO, and Tammy Farley and her husband, Jim, of O'Fallon, MO; two nephews: Auston and Michiel Farley; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
