Obituary of Jeffrey David Fey

Funeral services for Jeffrey David Fey of St. Paul, MO, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Dean Pyle, a pastor of the Summit Community Church in O'Fallon, MO, will officiate, assisted by Jeff's grandfather, Rev. Richard Turnbull of Winfield. Burial will be in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Turnbull, Brad Turnbull, Dave Neighbor, Andy Sanker, Paul Fey, Doug Gan, Denny Beaver and Shane Huckabee. Jeff Fey, 26, passed away Friday morning, December 19, 2008 in Wright City, MO. Born December 19, 1982, he was the son of David Joseph Fey and Karen Jo Beaver Turnbull. He was a 2000 graduate of Christian High School in O'Fallon, and attended Missouri Baptist University for one year. He was an avid sports fan who loved to bowl and play the guitar. He made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ as a young man, and was a member of the Summit Community Church in O'Fallon. Jeff is survived by both his son, Lucas Charles Fey and his wife, Audri Baltzell-Fey of Winfield; his mother, Karen Turnbull and her husband, Keith of St. Paul, MO; his father, David Fey of St. Louis, MO; his sister, Debra Jo Huckabee and her husband, Shane, of Fredericktown, MO, and his nephew, Micah Huckabee. He also leaves his grandparents: Joseph and Suzanne Fey of Florissant, MO, Ronald and Joyce Beaver of Winfield, and Richard and Vivian Turnbull of Winfield; his uncles: Paul Fey and his wife, Elaine, of Agoura Hills, CA, Denny Beaver and his wife, Shelly, of St. Charles, MO, Kevin Turnbull and his wife, Donna, of Winfield, and Kent Turnbull and his wife, Angie, of Winfield; several cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
