Obituary of Louise D. Jackson

Louise Dimple Jackson Funeral services for Louise Dimple Jackson of Winfield, MO will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Rev. Marvin Braungardt of St. Charles, MO, will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Centerville Cemetery in Centerville, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be Rich Sisak, William Freeman, David Kisner, Judy Sisak, Donna Kisner, Sandra Jennifer and Holly Kisner. Mrs. Jackson, 92, died early Monday morning, August 25, 2008 at St. Joseph's Health Center in St. Charles, MO. Born June 10, 1916 in Centerville, MO, she was the daughter of Henry and Osie Almeda Stogsdill Guinn. She was united in marriage on December 23, 1938 in Centerville, MO to John Adren Jackson. This union was blessed with two children: Carl Adren and Jackie Henrietta. She was employed for many years as a factory worker for Schluters Manufacturing in St. Louis, retiring in 1981. She was a member and Sunday School teacher at Centerville Baptist Church in Centerville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Osie Guinn; one daughter, Jackie Hulber on November 6, 1982; one son, Carl Jackson on March 14, 2001; and her beloved husband of 28 years, John Jackson, who died March 29, 1967. Survivors include her two granddaughters: Judy Sisak and her husband, Rich, of Florissant, MO, and Donna Kisner and her husband, David, of Ocean Springs, MS; three great-grandchildren: William Freeman of Florissant, Sandra Jennifer and Holly Kisner, both of Ocean Spring, MS, and three great, great-grandchildren: Faith Leann and Kylie Ray Freeman and Gabriella Marie Jennifer; several other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
