Obituary of Kailynn Rose Marie Hyde

Funeral services for Kailynn Rose Marie Hyde of Foley, MO will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Don Bizer, pastor of St. Paul United Church of Christ, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be James Hyde, Allen Hyde, Jason Hyde, Jamie Hyde and Bradley Hyde. Kailynn, 7, died Thursday evening, July 24, 2008 in an automobile accident on Highway 47 near Troy, MO. Born September 7, 2000 in Lake St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of James Michael Hyde and Michelle Lynn House. She was a student at Winfield Elementary School. Her mother, Michelle House, died in the same automobile accident. Survivors include her father, James Hyde and his wife, Regan, of Winfield, MO; one brother, Bradley Hyde of Winfield; one half-brother, Matthew Hyde of Winfield; one half-sister, Amber Bennett of Foley; and one step-sister, Leah Pace also of Winfield. She also leaves her maternal grandparents, Betty Fischer and her husband, Robert, of Elsberry, MO and David House of New Salisbury, IN; her paternal grandparents, Theresa Hyde of Foley and Robert Bass of Foley; her maternal great-grandmothers: Kay Ledbetter and Rosemary House both of Louisville, KY; three uncles: Allen Hyde and his wife, Tara, of Winfield, Michael Gosser of Louisville, KY and Christropher Jennings of Troy, MO; three aunts: Jamie Hyde of Foley, Bobbie Bass of Foley and Karla Bass of Bonne Terre, MO several cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
