Obituary of Roche William Dubach

Funeral services for Roche William Dubach of Foley, MO will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield. Rev. Richard Turnbull of Winfield, MO will officiate with inurnment to be held at a later date. Mr. Dubach, 64, died late Thursday night, June 19, 2014 following a motor vehicle accident north of Old Monroe, MO. Born February 8, 1950 in St. Charles, MO, he was the son of Edgar and Annie Shimak Dubach. Raised in O'Fallon, MO, he was a graduate of Fort Zumwalt High School. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy from February 27, 1969 until he was honorably discharged on February 20, 1975. He was employed as a maintenance technician for Hitchener Manufacturing (now O'Fallon Casting), for 37 years. He was united in marriage on March 6, 2004 in Winfield, MO to Christine Renee Aubuchon. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Dubach; and one brother, William "Billy" Dubach. Survivors include his beloved wife of ten years, Christine Dubach of Foley; two sons: Roche Dubach, Jr. of Oakdale, CA, and Frank Dubach of Winfield; one daughter, Rhiannon Lawson and her husband, Joshua, of Winfield; three step-daughters: Stevenie Martin of Foley, Heather Lemon of Foley and Susan Laird and her husband, Justin, of Bonne Terre, MO; and four step-grandchildren: Jade Thacker, Brenda Pinette, Alyson Pinette and Briar Laird. He also leaves his loving mother, Annie Dubach of O'Fallon, MO; one brother, Gary Dubach and his wife, Luann, of Dallas, TX; one sister, Pattsy Allen and her husband, Jim, of Coal Valley, IL; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until time of the service at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
