Obituary of William Jay Miller

Visitation and Remembrance of Life for William Jay "Bill" Miller of Foley, MO will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Mr. Miller, 53, passed away Friday afternoon, June 6, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born July 7, 1960 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of James Russell and Shirley Jean Williams Miller. He was united in marriage in 1990 in Troy, MO to Joetta Lynn Holt. He worked as a local truck driver for C & J Trucking. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Shirley Miller. Survivors include two children, Dustin and Ashley Miller of Winfield; his wife, Joetta Miller; one sister, Karen Kyle of St. Charles, MO; and three brothers: James Wayne Miller and his wife, Vickie, of O'Fallon, MO, Steven Miller and his companion, Debbie, of Foley and Daniel Miller and his wife, Joyce, of Eolia, MO.
