Obituary of Dawn Marie McMenamy

Visitation for Dawn Marie McMenamy of Old Monroe, MO will be from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. The family requests all friends and family to wear casual attire. Dawn, 51, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born October 23, 1973 in Creve Coeur, MO, she was the daughter of Gerald Pratt and Nancy Johnson Wiegert. Dawn was a graduate of Winfield High School. She provided healthcare for over 30 years and was very dedicated to her profession. Dawn was united in marriage on May 18, 2002 in St. Peters, MO to Michael McMenamy. This union was blessed with two children: Cole and Camber. Dawn was a longtime supporter of the Lincoln County R-IV School District. Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Pratt and Nancy and Joseph Wiegert. Survivors include her beloved husband of 22 years, Michael McMenamy of Old Monroe; and their children: Cole and Camber. Dawn also leaves two brothers: Scott Pratt of Licking, MO and Joey Pratt and his wife, Maggie, of Troy, MO; one sister, Debbie Summers and her husband, Matt, of Winfield; several nieces, nephews, all her bonus kids, other relatives and friends.
