Private Funeral Services for Elizabeth Lee “Betty” Collins of Elsberry, MO will be held at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Rev. Larry Gallaher, pastor of Asbury Chapel near Foley, MO will officiate. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery near Foley. Betty, 83, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 at Maple Grove Lodge in Louisiana, MO. Born April 14, 1941 in Quincy, IL, she was the daughter of Delbert Marian and Helen Louise Dietert Malone. Betty was a 1959 high school graduate in Barry, IL. She was united in marriage on April 12, 2004 in Troy, MO to Terry Dwane Collins. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Helen Malone; and her beloved husband, Terry Collins, who died on September 11, 2023. Survivors include her children: Michael Earls and his wife, Kim, of New Canton, IL, Jodi Markham and her husband, Rocky, of Jerseyville, IL and Michele Everhart and her husband, Carlton, of Kingsport, TN; five grandchildren: Nina, Shane, Kelly, Helana and Kross; eight great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
