Obituary of Justin Glenn Skinner

Memorial Services for Justin Glenn Skinner of Troy, MO will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Calvary Chapel Winfield. Rev. Mark Payne, church pastor, will officiate. Justin, 39, passed away Monday night, July 29, 2024 at SSM St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born February 26, 1985 in Hannibal, MO, he was the son of James Elston Skinner, Jr. and Mary Ann McLeod Creech. Justin worked as a sales representative for Butler Supply. He was a proud member of the Choctaw Indian tribe. In his younger years, Justin loved to play baseball. He was very active and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers, singing and playing the guitar. Justin was a member of the Lincoln County Moose Lodge. He was quite the jokester. Justin loved being a Dad to his daughter, Matilda, and was a protective little brother. Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents. Survivors include his parents, Jim Skinner and his wife, Mary Ann, of Winfield, MO and Mary Creech and her husband, Kevin, of Troy, MO; and his daughter, Matilda Skinner of Fredericktown, MO. Justin also leaves his siblings: Ashley Martin and her husband, Jacob, of Hawk Point, MO, Cherith Skinner of Troy, James (Ricky) Skinner and his partner, Michael Moyle of Hallsville, MO, Sabrena Daume of Montgomery City, MO, Mika Creech and her fiancé, Chase King of Troy, Robert W. Maxson of St. John, MO, Danielle L. Ingrassia and her fiancé, Greg, of Sullivan, MO, Christopher R. Maxson and his wife, Katrina, of Troy and Andrew J. Maxson and his wife, Julie, of Frankford, MO; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and many friends.
