Obituary of Bobby Ray Creasy

Funeral Services for Bobby Ray Creasy of Winfield, MO will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Abundant Life Baptist Church in Troy, MO. Pastor Kirk Mellen, church pastor, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Gray, Mike Richie, Brandon Creasy, T.J. Hepperman, Ryan Kelly and Jeremy Gray. Bobby, 84, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024 at SSM DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO. He was born June 19, 1939 in Dallas, TX. Bobby was united in marriage on July 3, 1965 in Parma, MO to Lue Ann Aaron. This union was blessed with three children: Sherry, Mike and Marshall. Bobby worked as a machine operator for Wagner Electric, retiring in 1995. He enjoyed camping, fishing, Walmart, retrieving the mail and gardening, specifically his tomatoes and okra. Bobby had a strong love for his family and Abundant Life Baptist Church. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Mary Creasy; two brothers: Glen and Noah Creasy; three brothers-in-law: Larry Russell, Randy Newton and Johnny Thacker; and his beloved wife of 50 years, Lue Ann Creasy, who died on October 20, 2015. Survivors include his children: Sherry Gray and her husband, Jerry, of O’Fallon, MO, Mike Richie and his girlfriend, Donna, of Foley, MO and Marshall Creasy and his wife, Rhonda, of Winfield; four grandchildren: Casondra Gray and her fiance, Ryan Kelly, Jerry Gray, Jr. and his wife, Tiffany, Crystal Creasy and Brandon Creasy and his wife, Virginia; nine great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren. Bobby also leaves two brothers: Raymond Creasy and his wife, Jackie, of Lilbourn, MO and Gerald Creasy and his wife, Yuxiang, of Salem, MO; three sisters: Tanzy Russell, Brenda Newton and Linda Thacker, all of Portageville, MO; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Abundant Life Baptist Church.
