Obituary of Judy Callaway

Visitation for Judy Callaway of Foley, MO will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Judy, 76, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 18, 2023 at her home. Born February 24, 1947 in St. Charles, MO, she was the daughter of Perry “Shorty” and Gladys Marie Bass Beeson. Judy worked as a clerk for On the Hill Liquor Store until her retirement in 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shorty and Gladys Beeson; three sisters: Margaret “Peggy” Fry, Betty Gutermuth and Romona Evans; two brothers: Floyd Beeson and William “Bill” Beeson; one grandson, Jesse Pruett; and her special friend, Daniel “Boone” Callaway. Survivors include her daughter, Doris Pruett of Foley; and one grandson, Daniel T. Callaway of Foley. Judy also leaves other relatives and many friends.
