Obituary of Viola Marie Coyne

Viola Marie Coyne, 81, of Foley, MO passed away late Saturday night, June 24, 2023 at her home in Foley, MO. Born December 6, 1941 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Charles and Viola Aubuchon Horn. Marie was a graduate of Beaumont High School. She worked as a beautician for Marie’s Hair Fashion in St. Charles, MO, retiring in 1993. She was united in marriage on August 10, 1993 in St. Charles to John Frederick Coyne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Viola Horn; and her beloved husband of 5 ½ years, John Coyne, who died on March 5, 1999. Survivors include her son, William Dodson of Foley; three grandchildren: Lacey Bornhop and her husband, Blake, of Bowling Green, MO, Hallie Pettis and her husband, Casey, of Bowling Green, and Jesse Becker and her husband, Justin, also of Bowling Green; and six great-grandchildren: Ava, Olivia, Jaxen, Keily, Jace and Jordynn. Marie also leaves many other relatives and friends. There are no services scheduled.
