Obituary of Audree Ruth LoGrasso

Funeral Services for Audree Ruth LoGrasso of St. Peters, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Nick Kavanagh will officiate with burial in Winfield Cemetery in Winfield, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be James Kavanagh, John Kavanagh, Nick Kavanagh, Robert Knowles, Ricky LoGrasso, Dominic LoGrasso and Keith Ritter. Mrs. LoGrasso, 79, passed away Wednesday morning, January 18, 2023 at her home. Born March 5, 1943 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Norman and Audree Ruth Gutherson Jones. Audree worked as a meat wrapper for Schnucks, retiring in 2003 but continued to work part time for several years. She was a member of Meat Cutters Local #88 and later United Food & Commercial Workers Local #655. Audree was united in marriage on July 16, 2005 in Florissant, MO to Charles Paul “Chuck” LoGrasso. Audree was St. Louis Cardinals fan. She was an avid dog lover. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Audree Jones; and one granddaughter, Kylene Kavanagh. Survivors include her beloved husband of 17 years, Chuck LoGrasso of St. Peters; one daughter, Pamela Ruth Kavanagh and her husband, James, of Old Monroe, MO; and three stepchildren: Sue Ritter and her husband, Gary, of Union, MO, Rick LoGrasso and his wife, Shelly, of Old Monroe and Charles LoGrasso and his wife, Kathy, of Florissant. Audree also leaves four grandchildren: Kelli Knowles, James Kavanagh, John Kavanagh and Nick Kavanagh; six step-grandchildren: Gary Ritter, Jr., Jaime Oglesby, Keith Ritter, Rhiannon Fryer, Ricky LoGrasso and Dominic LoGrasso; 15 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home.
