Obituary of Sharon Ann Hente

Funeral Services for Sharon Ann Hente of Winfield, MO will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Bishop Tiffany, Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dardenne Creek Ward, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Mrs. Hente, 75, passed away Monday morning, December 5, 2022 at NHC Healthcare in Maryland Heights, MO. Born July 12, 1947 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Anthony Bernard and Rita Magdeline Russell Hoelker. Sharon was a graduate of Riverview Gardens High School. She was united in marriage on March 10, 2010 in St. Peters, MO to Richard Paul Hente. Sharon was a loving housewife. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dardenne Creek Ward. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Rita Hoelker; one brother, Tony Hoelker; and one brother-in-law, George Winkler. Survivors include her husband, Rick Hente of Winfield; and three stepsons: Christopher Hente and his wife, Jessica, of Wentzville, MO, Joseph Hente and his wife, Elizabeth, of Troy, MO and Stephen Hente and his wife, Sarah, of St. Charles, MO. Sharon also leaves one brother, Denis Hoelker and his wife, Karen, of St. Louis; two sisters: Patricia Winkler of Amarillo, TX and Cindy Boyle and her husband, Patrick, of St. Peters, MO; one sister-in-law, Phoebe Hoelker of Houston, TX; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 12:00 noon Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home.
