Obituary of Michael D. Lee

A Mass of Christian Burial for Michael D. Lee of O’Fallon, MO will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe, MO. Fr. Richard Rath, church pastor, will officiate with burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ted Reller, Eddie Runge, Brian O’Toole, Steve Rolfes, Greg Hastie and Gary Schiermeier. Mr. Lee, 53, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 28, 2021 at Evelyn’s House in Creve Coeur, MO. Born August 14, 1968 in Troy, MO, he was the son of Douglas Lee and Mary Jane Dickmeyer Lee. Mike was a 1986 graduate of Winfield High School. He worked as the Warehouse Supervisor for Didion Manufacturing. Mike was united in marriage on April 11, 2009 in Winfield, MO to Hope Ione Ferguson. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mike was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Hope Lee of O’Fallon; two sons: Arron and his wife, Audrey, of Winfield and Alex Lee of Old Monroe; one daughter, Nicole Lee of Silex; and four grandchildren: Grace, Bonnie, Augustus “Gus” and Weston. Mike also leaves his parents: Doug Lee of Winfield and Mary Jane Lee of Moscow Mills, MO; one brother, Jeff Lee and his companion, Vicki Krome, of Old Monroe; nieces, nephews, numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
