Obituary of Earnest Paul Webb

Graveside Services for Earnest Paul Webb of Troy, MO will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Elsberry City Cemetery. Rev. Kris Hagemeier, pastor of the Elsberry First Christian Church, will officiate. Mr. Webb, 87, passed away Wednesday night, July 21, 2021, at his home in rural Troy. Born October 11, 1933 in Hogan, MO, he was the son of George Earnest Webb. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in the U.S. Air Force from 1950-1955. Earnest was united in marriage on August 9, 1963 in Valley Park, MO to Mary Lee Schultz. This union was blessed with eight children. Earnest was an aircraft mechanic for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Manufacturer for many years, retiring on September 29, 1995. Earnest was preceded in death by his father, George Webb; and one son, Paul Alan Webb. Survivors include his beloved wife of almost 58 years, Mary Webb of Troy; their children: Steven Webb of Germany, Tonya Zerrer of Warrenton, MO, James Webb of Arizona, Jackie Twellmann and her husband, George, of Wright City, MO, Jonathan Webb and his companion, Tara Karnes, of Warrenton, James Webb and Travis Webb, both of Troy; sixteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
