Obituary of Erna Lee Robertson

Funeral Services for Erna Lee Robertson of Winfield, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield. Rev. Kris Hagemeier, pastor of the Elsberry First Christian Church in Elsberry, MO, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Ron Robertson, Jim Gant, Jr., Jacob Gant, Zachery Fox, Corey Wantuck and John Robertson. Mrs. Robertson, 85, passed away Monday afternoon, March 15, 2021 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born November 8, 1935 in Avert, MO, she was the daughter of Harold and Bea Perry Carter. Erna was united in marriage on October 2, 1959 in Bloomfield, MO to Ronald Joe Robertson. This union was blessed with three children: Sonya, Darlene and Ron. Erna was a loving housewife. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Bea Carter; and an infant brother and sister. Survivors include her beloved husband of 61 years, Ronald Robertson of Winfield; two daughters: Sonya Gant and her husband, Jim, of Foley, MO and Darlene Fox of Winfield; one son, Ron Robertson and his wife, Rebecca, of Foley; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Erna also leaves three sisters: Doris Carter of Bloomfield, Linda Christian and her husband, Harold, of Blytheville, AR and Gail Barker and her husband, Dale, of Bloomfield; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
