Obituary of Jeffery James Russell, Sr.

Memorial Services for Jeffery James Russell, Sr. of Winfield, MO will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield. Fr. Richard Rath, pastor of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Old Monroe, MO, will officiate. Mr. Russell, Sr., 50, passed away Tuesday evening, January 19, 2021 at his home. Born December 26, 1970 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of William and Virginia Guccione Russell. Jeff was a Union Painter for many years, and member of Painters District Council Local #2 in St. Louis. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery James “JJ” Russell, Jr., who died on March 26, 2018. Survivors include his children: Jaime Russell of Old Monroe, Jennifer Russell of Winfield and Victoria Hileman and her husband, Shawn, of Jackson, TN; and four grandchildren: Sean Gwin, Jr. and Chandler, Emmett and Lynnen Hileman. Jeff also leaves his wife, Lisa Sallee-Russell of Cincinnati, OH; his parents, Bill and Virginia Russell of Winfield; his step-children, Chrissi Knudsen and her husband, Jason, of Dry Ridge, KY and James Windsor of Cincinnati; his brother, Billy Russell and his wife, Heather, of Winfield; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of Memorial Services at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
